Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of CaptureArc for macOS.
When CaptureArc is obtained through Apple’s App Store, your license is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s standard agreement, Apple’s agreement controls to the extent required.
License
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CaptureArc on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, consistent with the App Store usage rules.
Your files
You retain ownership of screenshots, screen recordings, and other files you authorize CaptureArc to access. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to create, store, share, copy, or delete those files.
File actions and backups
CaptureArc can copy, share, reveal, drag, and move files to the macOS Trash at your direction. Automatic cleanup applies only when you enable it. Keep appropriate backups of important files; CaptureArc is not a backup service.
Acceptable use
You may not use CaptureArc unlawfully, attempt to bypass operating-system protections, interfere with the service or App Store, or redistribute the app except as permitted by Apple’s usage rules.
Availability and updates
Features may change as macOS evolves. Updates may require a newer compatible version of macOS. The app may be modified or discontinued where legally permitted.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaptureArc is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the app. Mandatory legal rights and liabilities remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date and, where required, communicated through the app or its store listing.
Support
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the CaptureArc support page. Do not include private screenshots or sensitive information in a public issue.
